The Novi Home Show Returns This Fall with Exciting Features and Exclusive Prizes
Southeast Michigan’s premier home improvement event offers homeowners access to hundreds of local experts, innovative products and interactive experiences.
NOVI, MI (October 11-13, 2024) – The highly anticipated Novi Home Show is returning to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, from Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 13, 2024. This one-stop destination promises to connect showgoers with hundreds of industry experts and exhibitors, offering a comprehensive selection of home improvement solutions and the latest in home renovation trends. With a packed lineup of exclusive giveaways, interactive activities and family-friendly features, the Fall Novi Home Show promises something for every attendee.
Homeowners will find inspiration in the latest design innovations and gain expert advice from seasoned professionals, while special features such as the Manufactured Home Showcase, an exciting line-up of gardening seminars, and the Inside Outside Guys Pavilion will provide valuable insights, ideas and education. In addition, attendees will have the chance to win a Backyard Prize Package valued at $900, courtesy of Great Lakes Ace, featuring items like a Solo smokeless fire pit and propane patio heater.

Event Highlights Include:
● Hundreds of Local Experts & Exhibitors: Attendees can consult with home improvement professionals offering solutions for any project.
● Backyard Prize Package: Showgoers can win a $900 prize package including a Solo smokeless fire pit, propane patio heater and more.
● Manufactured Home Showcase: Tour six beautifully constructed and furnished homes from four different builders to see the latest in home design trends and amenities.
● Gardening Seminars: Led by educators from Michigan State University Extension, these seminars will provide expert gardening tips throughout the weekend.
● Inside Outside Guys Pavilion: Home improvement experts and local radio hosts will broadcast live from the show, offering their expertise and answering audience questions.
● Kids Zone: A family-friendly space featuring inflatables, a home theater and Halloween-themed artwork for kids to enjoy.

Show hours are Friday, October 11th from 12 pm – 7 pm; Saturday, October 12th from 10 am – 7 pm; and Sunday, October 13th from 10 am – 5 pm.
Tickets are available for pre-purchase online for $10, or $12 at the gate. Seniors 65+ can enjoy a discounted rate and children 12 and under attend free. Evening attendees can enjoy a special $5 ticket purchased at the box office after 5 pm on Friday or Saturday. Showgoers are encouraged to purchase tickets online to save time.
