Novi Home Show Fall 2026 Giveaways – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Administrator & Prize Providers
These giveaways are promoted and administered by the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan (“HBA”), 30400 Telegraph Rd, Suite 202, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. Each prize is provided and awarded by the exhibitor or organization named below.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of HBA and of the prize providers, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Entries are accepted from September 30, 2026 through Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
- Purchase: Anyone who buys a Fall 2026 Novi Home Show ticket online through novihomeshow.com during the Entry Period is automatically entered.
- Free entry: Complete the entry form at novihomeshow.com/contest-entry. The same form is available through QR codes at the show.
Every entry is eligible for all prizes. Limit one entry per person, regardless of how many tickets you buy or how many times you submit the form. Entries that are duplicate, incomplete, or submitted by automated means are void. Free entries and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning.
5. Prizes
- Grand Prize – Football Ticket Giveaway (1 winner): Two lower-bowl tickets to the Detroit vs. Tennessee pro football game on Sunday, December 13, 2026, provided by the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association. Approximate retail value: $1,200. Tickets will be transferred to the winner by the prize provider. Travel, parking, food, and other expenses are the winner’s responsibility. The game date and time are set by the league and may change. If the game is canceled or rescheduled, no substitute prize or cash will be awarded.
- $50 Gift Card Giveaways: $50 gift cards provided by participating exhibitors. The number of winners depends on the number of gift cards provided. One gift card per winner.
- Painting Giveaway (1 winner): Provided by IMAGIO Glass Design. The winner selects one original watercolor painting created by Rocco Pisto during his live appearance at the show, to be reproduced on custom glass by IMAGIO Glass Design. All prize details are determined by IMAGIO Glass Design.

6. Winner Selection
Online ticket purchasers and free entries will be combined into a single pool. Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within one week after the show ends. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. HBA’s decisions are final.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified shortly after the drawing by the phone number and email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Prize providers may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding prizes valued at $600 or more.

Submitting the free entry form also signs you up for the Novi Home Show email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10. General Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or substitute prizes will be awarded, except that a prize provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. By entering, participants agree to these rules. Winners release HBA and the prize providers from any liability related to the prizes or the promotion. HBA is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or for technical failures.
