Manufactured Home Showcase

Tour 4 Manufactured Homes inside the show!

The Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) will feature 4 complete, professionally decorated homes on display inside our show! Here you can see the quality of design and luxury offered in an affordable manufactured home! All homes are tour-able and will have ADA access.

About the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association

MMHA is dedicated to educating the public about the benefits of manufactured and modular home living and connecting people interested in finding a community or home with its members. MMHA is one of Michigan’s oldest trade associations, founded in 1941. MMHA is a nonprofit association representing the manufactured and modular home industry in Michigan. MMHA works to improve the image of manufactured and modular housing by educating consumers, media and government about the quality, affordability, design and beauty of the homes.

Inside Outside Guys Pavilion

The Inside Outside Guys will be broadcasting LIVE from the show on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10 am – 12 pm and taking questions from the audience following each broadcast.

Visit the Inside Outside Guys Pavilion in aisles 900 and 1000 to speak with their builder / remodeler / specialist partners.

Tip Top Dog Training Demos

Don’t miss our exciting dog training demos this weekend! Join the crew from Tip Top Dog Training on Friday at 2 PM and 5 PM to see Raven, a talented 6-year-old Belgian Malinois, show off her impressive skills. Then come back Saturday at 12 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM to meet Minnie, a clever 5-year-old black Lab who’s sure to steal your heart. Whether you’re a dog lover or just curious about training techniques, these demos are fun for all ages!
