Exhibitor Booth Setup

Exhibitors may handle the movement of their own materials into the Suburban Collection Showplace - and construct their own booths - using their own labor, carpeting, tables, etc. However, for your convenience, such services are also available from Art Craft Display, Inc., under the terms and conditions noted in their material.

Rentals

Carpeting, furniture, and other exhibit items are available to rent from Art Craft Display, Inc. Place your order by going to www.artcraftdisplay.com, clicking the "Exhibitor Kit" tab and entering the event code "337243.” PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE ADVANCE RATES – they will save you money! The deadline for Art Craft advance rates is 5 p.m. on January 17, 2023.

Utilities and Exhibitor Parking Passes

Please contact BoCo Enterprises for utilities rentals and weekend parking passes. Utilize their online ordering system: www.suburbancollectionshowplace.com/copy-of-event-services. Note that parking during Show hours is available for $7, which is half-price. Parking during move in and move-out is free. There is no overnight parking. Deadline for ADVANCE Parking pass is January 12, 2023. Passes will still be available to purchase at the Service Desk during Move In.
